It's a studio flat but well organised and with all the commodities for long stays. Full of light and with a nice balcony. Good conditions if you are working from home. Located in a very calm area, but relatively close to the center (10min by bus) and very easily accessed when you came from Vienna Airport (catch bus 88 from Most SNP and less than 10min walk). The landlord is great, she's always available if you need something but also gives you total privacy.

I can’t thank Svetlana enough for her kindness during the covid-19 crisis when she was incredibly understanding about my situation and very patient while I tried to sort things out. Thank Svetlana.

Die Wohnung ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich wohnte dort für 7 Wochen mit meiner Freundin und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und versuchen alles möglich zu machen, was der Mieter wünscht. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten uns die Vermieter Essen, Getränke und Gewürze bereitgestellt. Auch Wasch- und Putzmittel waren vorhanden. Leider mussten wir früher abreisen, das war allerdings für die Vermieter kein Problem und wir konnten den Vertrag vorzeitig kündigen. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und war bei jeder Nachricht bzw. jedem Telefonat sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung sah bei unserer Ankunft genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von hier aus fährt an Wochentagen alle 3 Minuten ein Bus. So erreicht man die Innenstadt innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Zu Fuß kann man das Donauufer in ungefähr 15 Minuten erreichen. Besonders für Studenten der VŠEMVS und der Ekonomická univerzita ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage bestens geeignet. The apartment is great and leaves nothing to be desired. I lived there for 7 weeks with my girlfriend and we were very happy with the apartment. The landlords are very nice and try to make everything possible that the tenant wants. When we arrived, the landlords had provided us with food, drinks and spices. Washing and cleaning agents were also available. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier, but that was no problem for the landlords and we could cancel the contract early. The landlady speaks German very well and was very nice and courteous on every phone call or message. When we arrived, the apartment looked exactly like the photos. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, from here a bus leaves every 3 minutes on weekdays. This way you can reach the city centre within 20 minutes. The Danube bank can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Especially for students of VŠEMVS and Ekonomická univerzita the apartment is very suitable due to its location.

Clean, inviting, and cosy place right in the centre of town, next to the presidential palace. This isn't in any way a luxury flat, but it's got everything you need to enjoy your stay: a small but functional kitchen, a comfortable sofa-bed, ample storage space, and excellent WiFi. The flat is on the ground floor in a quiet garden courtyard. I stayed here in winter, but I imagine it's pleasantly green and cool in the summer. I spent a couple of very pleasant weeks here while my own flat was under reconstruction, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in the centre of Bratislava.

The flat is very cosy and well organised. With regards to the landlord, I couldn't have asked for more... she is a very nice and helpful person.

The flat is big, clean and very bright. It’s also secure (NFC tag to enter the street door and elevator). Eduard gave us everything we needed for the flat.

The location of the apartment was perfect. It is so conveniently located to almost everything and very walkable to shops, restaurants, and sight seeing. The apartment is located in a historic old building and has such terrific potential, but I feel that the owner has not capitalized on that potential. The apartment needs some tender loving care and some updating. It could be such a jewel with improvements guided by a talented interior designer. We settled in for our month there and we were comfortable, but we spent a lot of time talking about what we would do with the apartment if we owned it. It just has so much unrealized potential.

Veľmi pekný byt a dobre zariadený, príjemné bývanie a dobrí susedia. Veľmi dobrá dostupnosť do mesta, bezproblémové parkovanie. Našej 5-člennej rodine tu nič nechýbalo. Ochotný pán majiteľ. Odporúčam.

The apartment was amazing, it was fully equiped with all kind of appliances for the kitchen (I think the best part was the coffee machine) and for the living room. It was clean and well located in a neighborhood that is located close to the old town (20-30 mins walking) and has comfortable living. There is a little supermarket just below the apartment which is a plus. Michal, who helps Samo with the apartment, was absolutely great, he was willing to help with any issue.

Flat owner Michaela is very nice and helpful, Bratislava is our hometown so we did not need to help, but she was prepare to do that :-). Flat was very nice, in modern style, close to everything. We lived there for approx. 2 weeks (reconstruction of our flat). We recommended to owner few things we would make better but nothing special, just to add some things to kitchen. The only thing which could be problematic for somebody is strange smell during the summer - flat is basically at the level of basement and during summer withou heating inside there could be strange "wet" smell, but I know that whole house is working on this issue. In general I recommend this flat.

The apartment was large, clean and well lit. The neighborhood is quiet, and within easy walking distance of the city center, as well as most other amenities (supermarkets, shopping centers / malls, the river and public parks). Recommend.
