How would you rate our services? Overall, I’d rate Flatio’s service positively. The booking process was smooth, the platform was easy to use, and support was available when I needed it. While there were some issues with the apartment itself, I felt that Flatio took my concerns seriously and made a genuine effort to follow up with the host. What pleased you the most? What stood out most was the responsiveness of the support team. When the landlord was slow to act or communicate regarding a repair, Flatio stepped in and did their best to move things forward. I appreciated having someone to turn to who acknowledged the situation and kept me updated. Is there anything we could do better? One area for improvement would be ensuring that hosts meet a consistent standard of cleanliness and readiness before check-in. In my case, the apartment wasn’t as clean or well-prepared as it should have been, and it wasn’t clear what recourse I had. Also, while Flatio charges a fairly significant service fee, it’s not always clear how that translates into ensuring the property is in a fit state to stay in. Greater transparency around what that fee covers — and stronger quality checks before move-in — would help justify the cost and improve trust.

Esta todo perfecto, pero estaría bien recibir más peticiones de reserva. Quizás deberías anunciaros más en países que tengan interés en visitar Barcelona, y hacer campañas especiales de publicidad en redes en las fechas señaladas, como MWC, Primavera Sound o Sonar

Flatio bolo skvelé. Komunikácia, flexibilita, spolupráca, všetko perfektné. Pripomienky boli super, aj pri check-ine aj pri check-oute. Dostala som vždy nápomocné inštrukcie a pomôcky.

I think you should confirm the addresses of your listings. Somehow the address provided in our final instructions was wrong. In fact that address didn't even exist. If an address cannot be resolved in Google maps, then it should be verified with the host prior to being sent to the guest. The host claimed that I was her first guest and she had given Flatio the correct address. The correct address was Rua dos Mouros 22, which she sent me in an email after I waited about 2 hours on the street, But the final instructions from the Flatio email was Rua dos Mouros 40 .

I was pleased with the promptness and flexibility. You could facilitate standard banking payment of installments.

I really like Flatio, the support team is amazing and really helpful. My only concern is that lots of scammers showed up among the possible tenants. I would consider not allowing last minute reservations within 3 days.
