Overall, it was a good experience.

The apartment looked just like on the pictures. As I stayed for 5 months, it was very important that it was fully equipped - a fact which I really liked about the apartment. It was freshly renovated and very clean. The equipment was also clean and functioning. I especially liked the guide that the landlord prepared. It contains information on bus, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. So, it provides you with all the important information you need in order to get started in Bratislava. And if there is something not mentioned or you have any other questions, the landlord is very nice and helpful and answers all your questions. A slightly negative aspect is that you sometimes can hear your neighbours vacuum cleaning or slamming the door, but that is due to the construction of the building and quite normal in such a big house. But on the other side, the best aspect of the apartment is its location. I absolutely liked the fact that there is a bus stop right in front of the house. If you don't have a car and need to shop groceries, you can just hop on the bus, take 3 stations, hop off and you are directly in front of a Lidl - shopping made easy without a car! The university is also only a 2-stop bus ride or a 10-15 minutes walk away from the apartment, so it's perfect for students of the University of Economics. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay there and can only recommend to book this lovely apartment.

The flat is equipped for basic needs and offers great public transport. We were satisfied we our choice.

I enjoyed the stay at Michaela’s apartment very much. She is a very nice host, who cares a lot about her guests and helps them out anytime they have a problem. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located close to the city center, so you’ll be able to reach everything by walking. There is a supermarket, shopping opportunities and a nice park nearby. I felt very welcomed and at home during my stay. Would recommend to anyone.

An apartment located in a quiet area, close to the city center/ Eduard is very available when you have questions. We spent good time in the apartment.

Staying in this appartment was excellent! Appartment is very nice, fully equipted and you feel like at home. Location is quite and very close to the center. Owner is very nice person prepared to help you with everything.

Nice home in a quiet neighbourhood; a little bit of renovation work would upgrade the home; only issue was the not working Wifi during the hole stay

El estudio está en una casa familiar, es pequeñito y el balcón le da el espacio que le falta, está muy completo y con todo lo necesario para la llegada. Todo en buen estado, luminoso y muy tranquilo. La propietaria y su familia son muy agradables. Está situado en una zona residencial un poco alejada del centro, pero tiene una parada de guaguas a cinco minutos con dos líneas que te llevan al centro en unos 10 minutos.

When I arrived, house was not prepared as contract but after a while she cleared it. Generally OK. Nice location.

I was on a business trip, found the apartment clean, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I needed. Samo was always helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay.

S bydlenim jsme byli velmi spokojeni, jen by se hodila alespoň jedna plotýnka vařiče navíc, popřípadě mikrovlnka. Jinak je majitel velice ochotný a vstřícný. Když jsem začala v pět hodin ráno rodit, nabídl manželovi, že ho zaveze do nemocnice = proto hodnotíme nadstandartní přístup spolupráce ☺ Psi, ktere majitel 2-3x denne venci na zahrade (kdo nechce vubec s nimi neprijde do kontaktu) jsou velmi pratelsti, což se ale nedá říct o psech ze sousedství, které tam každý má vycvičené na hlídání (neustále štěkají, když kolem nich někdo projde) a tak je asi příjemnější jezdit autem... Milé je, že v bytě téměř nejsou slyšet auta...takze se nam s noci skvele spalo, a pres den jsme mohli větrat. Kdo má rád venkov, ocení i vzdálené jemné kokrhání kohouta.

The condition of apartments and the interior is on the whole good. BUT the service has some potential. Examples: It is hard to call anyone when you locked yourself out of your apartment accidentally, or when you have any problems with the interior devices (electric lighting, washing machine, etc.).

The building is old, so from outside it may give a bad impression. The neighbourhood is very quiet. there is no luxury but it is very cosy and practical. We were 5 people and did not feel very crowded. It is situated about 30 minutes driving from airport and walking distance from city centre. It can be improved by some basic maintenance and perhaps some more cutlery but no serious issues. We appreciated having the washing machine because it means needing to carry less clothes. (We were on holiday) Overall the apartment met our needs.
