I stayed in Erica’s apartment for three months as a student on a three-month exchange program, and I truly felt at home the entire time. Erica is an exceptionally kind and welcoming host, and communication with her was always easy, smooth, and genuine. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, whether you’re staying for a few days or for several months. It is comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, which makes it ideal for long-term stays. The location is excellent. The metro and tram stations are very close, and the apartment is well connected to all major tourist attractions, both by public transport and on foot. Many university buildings are also within walking distance, which was perfect for me as a student. I could walk almost everywhere, and the area feels very safe and convenient, which was really important for me as a girl who lived alone. There are plenty of shops, a DM store, bakeries, lovely cafés, and great restaurants nearby. Right next to the apartment, there is a beautiful park that hosts a local market on Sundays and is perfect for running or relaxing outdoors. The neighbors are also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Erica and her apartment. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely flat in a quiet area, still close to the center. It’s on the 3rd floor, but the stairs are easy and a lift really isn’t needed. The place feels super cozy and spacious, with an excellent bedroom and a perfect mattress—I slept like butter there. Heating took a little time to warm up, but once it did, it was great. I genuinely loved staying here. Btw, my host Judit was super helpful, and finding/entering the flat was effortless thanks to the clear WhatsApp tutorial she sent.

The owner was kind and punctual, the flat was clean, spotless and cozy. It has everything you need for a short or midterm stay. Location is also best.100% recommend the place.

Both the owner and the manager of the flat were very nice and accommodating. We arrived and left at early hours and it was not a problem. During our stay of 5 months we had a few requests that were met very rapidly, either to repair the washing machine or to shorten our lease. We are really satisfied with everything.

Tiszta és jól felszerelt lakást kaptam ami abszolút megfelelt arra, hogy ne csak megszálljak, hanem tényleg ott éljek egy ideig. A konyhában minden megvolt, amire szükségem lehetett, a wifi home office-hoz is stabil volt, az ágy pedig szuper kényelmes volt, amit hosszútávú tartózkodásnál különösen értékeltem. A ház nagyon csendes, ami pihenéshez is ideális, a környék pedig minden szempontból jól megközelíthető volt. A házigazdák, Ágnes és András végig segítőkészek és rugalmasak voltak, és ha bármi probléma felmerült azt gördülékenyen megoldották. Összességében nagyon kellemes élmény volt itt lakni, hosszabb távra is nyugodt szívvel tudom ajánlani. Remélem hamarosan visszatérhetek!

The studio is as presented on the photos; minimalist and appropriate for those who do not mind having just the essentials. Unfortunately, the portable washing machine wasn't working properly, so hopefully that gets sorted out for the future guests. Other than that, the studio has good internet and heating, making it suitable for remote work or study. The location is convenient and the neighbours are friendly, as is the host (Eszter) who you can contact in case of any questions/issues.

Nous avons passé plusieurs mois dans l'appartement avec ma conjointe et nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Le quartier est calme tout en étant connecté au centre de Budapest, tous les transports allants dans toutes directions de ville sont proches et faciles d'accès. Marianna is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with, open, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The apartment was in good condition: everything matched the photos, I got exactly what I expected and had no issues. You can tell it’s an older building, so some elements are a bit worn, but this doesn’t affect the quality of living at all, everything important is in good shape. The workspace is very comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need and even more. It really feels like a real home, not just a rental made only for short stays. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s well connected by transport and right across from Keleti station. Because of that, there is sometimes some vibration. It also seems there is a hospital nearby, so ambulances pass often, but it didn’t bother me. Overall, it’s a great apartment and a very pleasant host.

Cozy, chill flat in an unbeatable location -right by Deák Ferenc Square and super close to the metro, making it easy to get anywhere and perfect for exploring the city. The area can be loud since it’s the absolute center, but with earplugs I slept well. There was a minor issue with the toilet seat that required a few check-ins, which was a bit annoying, but it was ultimately resolved. The owner was nice, responsive, and genuinely helpful overall. Solid stay.
