The apartment is perfectly situated, a very short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of central Ericeira. On the first floor, it has two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, a bathroom, additional separate toilet, kitchen, and its own utility with washing machine and clothes drying area. The cleaner comes once per week to change bedding and towels. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying in the apartment, it had everything I needed while staying for 5 weeks in the town. Only negatives were that the WiFi was down on a few days; and communication from the host was slow, taking days to respond on a number of occasions. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Moc se nám v tomto domě líbilo. Je na klidném místě, přes den ani v noci Vás tam nic neruší. Výhled na oceán a zapadající slunce jsme si každý den užívali.Přitom máte blízko vše v okolí. Výhodou je parkovací kryté stání přímo před vstupem do domu. Když jsme potřebovali něco řešit s panem Filipe, byl vždy k dispozici a naše požadavky vyřešil. Toto místo velice doporučuji!

We loved this apartment! The location was excellent - just a 5-minute walk from the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was recently renovated and very nicely done: clean, modern, and well appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals at home. Parking was straightforward and stress-free. Communication from the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a fantastic experience—10/10!

Great location and amazing staff!

Great house at unbeatble location. Amazing workspace with a beautiful view. You can watch a sunset right though the window. Very good internet connection. Kitchen has everything you'd need. The landlord is very helpful and kind. Some downsides would be that it's a bit old and not very clean. Lack of toilet paper and trash can bags surprised us. And the only room with doors is a passthrough room.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ericeira Unwind! It was the perfect set up for remote workers like my partner and I. Plenty of space to work in the living area as well as desks in both the rooms. The ocean views and sunsets were also so lovely every night. They even have yoga mats to get in some yoga on the balcony. I’ve been a digital nomad for 3+ years now and this was by far one of my favorite stays! Thanks for being the best hosts!

We are happy that we lived all this time in Sofia’s apartment. Sofia trusted us, and we trusted her. She was always there when needed. We are grateful to Sofia for supporting us, helping us, and being understanding. The apartment is located on a quiet, peaceful, and safe street. Everything is nearby — a pharmacy and a big supermarket open until 10 PM. It’s convenient and close to everything. The neighbors are nice. We are very glad we chose Sofia’s apartment.

This has to be our absolute favourite home we have ever rented for a holiday stay. Francisco is a spectacularly great host. Everything you could hope for is in the home and available to you. We adored the home itself, the neighborhood and the spectacular views. Everything was perfect and we were very sad to go. And we can’t wait to come back again. The beds are amazing. The house is filled with beautiful furnishings and finishes. The kitchen is gorgeous. So many outdoor areas to enjoy. We expected to quite love this property, but even our high expectations were far exceeded. I cannot thank Francisco enough for making this wonderful property available to us. I highly recommend!

Despite this, it was necessary to call a locksmith, who had to two more days before the problem was completely solved. Another point to mention was the absence of some essential items for housekeeping, such as dishwashing soap and hangers in the cupboard. Fortunately, these small shortages were the landlord, who was always accessible and attentive. The television was also not working when we arrived, but the problem was quickly resolved.
