Flatio platform must improve its due diligence. I’ve had a terrible experience in this first time I’ve rent my apartment, due to the fact of false information in his profile - his contact number. Flatio were great and Domenica was brilliant.

Flatio was easy to use and felt reliable. The only issue was that we didnt receive any notification for rent being due and almost forgot to pay so I think an email reminder would be good .

Everything was fine and clear.

I have never had issues with Flatio; all the apartments rented were exactly as described and pictured. Contracts are made in 2 languages and are suitable for legalization; everything can be executed within minutes. Hosts are super supportive, so far it's one of the best experiences that I had
