I’m really happy with Flatio, it’s now my go-to platform whenever I travel. The whole process feels very reliable and easy to use. I especially appreciate the reminders sent before and after the stay, with all the host details and Flatio support contacts. I’ve never needed to use the support myself, but it gives me peace of mind knowing it’s there. I’ve already recommended Flatio to friends who ask how I book my stays when traveling.

I think that Flatio is a professional platform for bookings. The only problem is with the app on our mobiles that it doesn't work. Also that when we are searching Flatio on our mobiles the first page is not at English language.

And receiving additional emails prior to arrival and departure were welcomed and useful. I complained twice about this owner selling the condo and trying to trick me into paying for extra months, loud construction, and the price changing after I made my last payment when I finalized and edited my move our date. No response no resolve. After making my final payment and being settled I logged back in a month later to see new charges one from a previous month I had already paid and one for two months after my contract terminated. Stayed on the app for 5-6 hours waiting for extremely slow response times, no resolve, no follow up no answer.

I had a few technical issues during booking but the support staff were truly amazing. I contacted them via whatsapp and they replied within minutes to help me solve my issue. Its also nice to have a formal lease to sign, which gives both tenants and owners legal piece of mind.
