Would be helpful to many users if there was an option for paying the Flatio service fee monthly for long term stays (eg 6 months) -instead of lump sum up front.

I have already recommended Flatio to people that i know. I like how easy it is to get in touch with someone if any issues.

What's great about Flatio is the support before, during, and after the rental. The funds are secure, which is reassuring. And the communication with the owner via the site. The reminders for rent payment are perfect.

I was really pleased with Flatio as a service. The rental contract was ready to sign right away, which made the whole process smooth and transparent. I felt safe knowing that they guarantee you’ll get the apartment agreed upon, or they provide a money return or backup accommodation (however, I didn't need that). I also appreciated the clear communication – they keep you updated via SMS before moving in and moving out. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy platform for mid-term rentals.

your service was ok, but the issue is that there are other Flatio websites, made for skimming and frauds so it is difficult to distinguish where is the right site. The other thing I did not find well is that invoices are splitted in two rates, because I thought that with first payment I paid all.

On app.flatio.com, in the Listing dashboard view, the information under the headings Rental payments, Bookings and Your guests, are not up to date.

The friendly customer support when our original accommodation got cancelled. Maybe for improvement: that hosts can't cancel on their tenants so easily.

The 9.75% service fee is too high, considering the tenant are also paying fees. AirBnB is cheaper.

In the searching filter would be good to have 'free parking" option.
