Our experience with Flatio has been very good overall, and the platform worked smoothly throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and reliable. The only reason we are giving it one point less is due to the relatively high fees for card payments and the fact that it is not possible to pay in euros. Aside from this, we were very satisfied with the service and would still recommend it.

The fees are very expensive. But Flatio customer service is responsive, and trustworthy.

The transfer of rent payments were very easy, it's good that there's a communication channel with the host on the site. The customer support was also very quick and helpful. One unfortunate thing was that our rent was in CZK, while our bank accounts operate in EUR, so all options added approx. 35 EUR to our rent payment due to transaction and exchange fees.

Making an app would be more simple ti navigate through the map 🙏

Excellent communication and clarity.

I stayed in Erica’s apartment for three months as a student on a three-month exchange program, and I truly felt at home the entire time. Erica is an exceptionally kind and welcoming host, and communication with her was always easy, smooth, and genuine. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, whether you’re staying for a few days or for several months. It is comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, which makes it ideal for long-term stays. The location is excellent. The metro and tram stations are very close, and the apartment is well connected to all major tourist attractions, both by public transport and on foot. Many university buildings are also within walking distance, which was perfect for me as a student. I could walk almost everywhere, and the area feels very safe and convenient, which was really important for me as a girl who lived alone. There are plenty of shops, a DM store, bakeries, lovely cafés, and great restaurants nearby. Right next to the apartment, there is a beautiful park that hosts a local market on Sundays and is perfect for running or relaxing outdoors. The neighbors are also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Erica and her apartment. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very easy to find an apartment, we wanted to shorten our lease because we left earlier than planned, and it was really easy to do.

Our first time with Flatio, we will try them again.

- Response time and addressing my enquiries has been very satisfactory - I was a bit unlucky with the first flat that I booked through Flatio, as it had not been properly cleaned-up prior to my arrival, the washing machine was broken and this led to inconveniences, and there was not natural light coming in, as opposed to what was shown in the online pictures (i.e. the pictures online were a bit misleading), which discourages me a bit to book my next accommodation through Flatio, worrying that something similar might happen to me again
