I like the fact there is a contract and insurance cover. Also, the automated communication via SMS as a reminder of upcoming dates.

A veces la gente pide hacer una video llamada para corroborar el apartamento

Great support team - thank you!

You should have an app

It was good but the fact they split up the payments was confusing, and after only 28 days. I was not sure why I had to make another payment of $20 something dollars

Easy to book and processes were simple. Had a few detailed queries which weren't addressed with us, but I believe have beem addressed in general. Can't fault them besides that.

Doporučuji všem. Skvělá služba, úžasný servis.

VERY NICE PLATFORM

Very convenient and everything is straightforward when booking.

Was a smooth process to book and recieve an official contract. Will be using the platform again in the future. I'm sure it's in the process but would be great to be able to use the platform via phone application.

I’ve been happy so far with my Flatio experiences.

É uma plataforma fácil de utilizar e sentimos acompanhamento por parte da mesma

A digital contract tool would be great, to avoid the need to print-out.

all good

Rýchly a priamy prístup, všetko je transparentné.

Foi ótimo...bom seguimento em todo o processo do princípio até ao final.

Great service thanks.

Everything was very simple and easy, making it very convenient.

Flatio mi doporučila kamarádka, která na Madeiře žije.

Everything was very well handled. Thanks a lot for everything.
