The flat is located in a very noisy street, the sound from trams & occasional parties next door is very annoying. The room itself is nice and spatious, but the equipment is quite basic and the bed didn’t seem very clean. The flat is extremely hot in the summer and it can be very cold in the winter, the heating only works at certain hours. The ceiling is very high and it makes it hard to maintain normal temperature, which is possible only at high electricity cost. The shared bathroom and kichen are nice.

Один из лучших районов, большая, теплая квартира, приятный дом ( подъезд, спуск в подземный паркинг) и терраса на крыше. Очень приятная девочка которая заселила, она всегда была доступна и отвечала на все вопросы. Но в самой квартире часть мебели была очень поношена или совсем сломана ( 2 стула из 4-х просто разваливались), фен не работал, посуда была очень старой ( сковородка, чайник) и на просьбу заменить сказали что можно попробовать, но что вся остальная посуда которая у них есть примерно в том же состоянии. Если честно не очень понимаю как в квартире которая сдается за 2к $ можно экономить на сковородке. На паркинге, который стоил дорого даже для этого района (3тыс крон в месяц) моя машина была постоянно обсыпана побелкой из дырки в потолке

The owner of the apartment turned out to be very slippery in communication. After moving in, she slipped me a second contract, which was not negotiated (Please pay attention to this administration of flatilio). There were two of us, the owner of the apartment has remote access to the heating control and SHE JUST TURNED IT OFF!!!, which made my brother and me sick for 8 days. Also, the owner of the apartment promised a second pair of keys, but just ignored us. For people who is gonna live here don’t sign any contracts the landlord try to give you!!! You already signed the flatilio contract and that is enough. Administration of Flatilio keep control of your landlords!!! The flat itself is 7/10, but only for summer period, but better for you not to deal with this landlord LANDLORD'S REPLY: Danila’s review is full of lies. The truth is that he is a problematic tenant, which is proven by bad review from other landlord as well as the fact that he is on the list of "Unreliable tenants". The communication with Danila was terrible - since he was not responding to my messages, I had to reach out to Flatio support and emergency line to help me dealing with all the problems that were raised. I did not "slip him a fraud second contract" - in fact I asked him to sign an official handover protocol provided by Flatio (a standard document for record-keeping of the handing/taking over of an apartment typical for mid/long-term rents that protects both tenant and owner). After Danila came up with excuses why he could not sign it, I had to reach out to Flatio support, who also asked him to sign it (unsuccessfully). Neither did I turn the heating off. In reality, Danila put the heating on 35°C, while refusing to take the responsibility for paying unforeseen bills. After consulting with Flatio support, I was left with the two options - either Danila sign the handover protocol (which he refused), or I limit the heating to standard 22°C in order to prevent the extra charges. After all these troubles, Danila left the apartment before check out time agreed via contract, leaving it messy and damaged. Overall it was a very stressful and unpleasant experience to deal with such a tenant, which I do not wish for any owner.

Good apartments in general, nice location, stylish interior. Bu flat was no so clean. And main issue: this flat was available up to 3 months, but after we check in, we cannot extend it to 3 months, only for 30 days more. We have to find new offer and moveout.

Huge minus: The parking place in the underground garage included in the offer was not available. The fee for the above-ground municipal parking was 520 EUR... There was no action from the host to solve the problem... Big minus: The double bed is made up of two separate mattresses so there is a hole in the center of the bed. Minor minuses: The mattresses are very soft, so if you like hard mattresses you will find it difficult to sleep. A large part of the wardrobe was occupied by two broken chairs. No desk to work at. The ventilation system is quite noisy at night. Big plus: The apartment building is very nice and in a good neighborhood. Access to public transport is perfect. Huge plus: Large, spacious bathroom to a very high standard.

For the price, we expected a bit more. There’s no microwave or blender. We received a fan in one room but not the other (the landlord later fixed this after we requested one), and there were only 6 hangers in the closet (also fixed when requested). The towels were old and had holes on them. Worst of all, there were little bugs (looked like tiny cockroaches) everywhere (ceiling, floor, and inside the bed covers). There were also tons of silverfish in the bathroom. The worst part was that the communication with the landlord was not good. When a window broke during a rainy afternoon, he took 5 days to repair it, and there were glass chards hanging making it impossible to open the window the entire time. It was very HOT that week,, and we didn’t get the fan for 5 days so the room was unbearable during that time. The landlord blamed us for the window breaking, even though we explained that it happened suddenly when we weren’t expecting it at the beginning of the storm, and my friend was harmed by the glass while she was laying in the bed. It was so hot, there was no way to be in the room without opening the window. We closed it as soon as we could but unfortunately, it was too late. Where we come from, windows have to be storm resistant and don’t have thin sharp glass like this, as it is a huge danger. In our country, if a window breaks like this (storm or not) it’s poor manufacturing and negligence on the part of the property owner. The landlord seemed to lack empathy for us and blamed us for his window breaking even though we explained all of the above. He said it’s common sense window glass shatters, not to us! Next you’re going to tell me doors break if you slam them 🙄 I found it incredibly ridiculous that after paying over $2,600 USD for this apartment, he tried to charge us for a $40 window repair after we had medical expenses from the accident. It’s a shame that management is so unkind as it is a nice apartment.

Samotná izba, v ktorej sme bývali bola v poriadku. Horšie to už bolo so spoločnými priestormi. V kuchyni nešla umývačka a málo ukladacieho priestoru mi zťažovalo varenie. Navyše, v kuchyni nie je ani okno (iba malé do stupačky), takže sa výpary nedali vyvetrať. WCko bolo v pohode, kúpeľna tiež (aj ked tu by sa tiež zišlo viac odkladacieho priestoru), sušička tiež nešla, nakoľko bola pokazená. Úprimne, za tú cenu by som si radšej našla bývanie ďalej od centra, ale pre niekoho, kto vyslovene chce bývať v centre, je to dobrá lokalita.

Byt je inzerovaný jako klidný, ale my jsme asi měli smůlu na spolubydlíci v domě - hlučnost, zákrok policie při hádce partnerů atd. Jinak byt odpovídá fotografiím.

The flat is a good choice for whose who just need a place to sleep. It's location is great, but it's very noisy. Trams and cars are just under the windows. Besides, it's the last floor and it's very hot in the summer. Be careful with the door - it has super lock that may decide not to let you in. The flat has everything for the life - dishes, furniture, etc., but it doesn't feel like home. Everything is old, linens are terrible, windows are broken. I couldnt stay more than a month

Quick advice: DO NOT RENT THIS FLAT. The flat is well located, but that's unfortunately the only good point. Our stay has been very unpleasant. - There was dust all over the place when we arrived. - So many essential items were missing and were still missing when we left 2 months after even though we asked for several times. - We had an extra set of keys more than a month after we arrived. - We had to reach Martin's colleague so many times before we get services. - Martin was absolutely non-reachable. We sent him a message informing him about the flat's issues in the few days following our arrival and never get an answer. When we finally reach him by phone, we talked to an unplesant and rude man who hung up on us two times. He doesn't care about the tenants. He only cares about profits. That's a shame. - The furniture was so cheap that 3 beds broke during our stay just by sleeping in them. At a certain point, that was dangerous and we get as an answer a threat to pay for the beds while we were sleeping on the floor for weeks. We paid 5000$ for such an unplesant stay, please do not make the same mistake.

Muy buen piso situado en una zona muy céntrica

The flat is good and the room is big. But the window was broken so I was caught with a cold the whole winter. The landlord didn't do anything to fix it. The communication was terrible, when I asked about the window they left me on read for 4 days so I had to insist but they told me it was normal to be sick during the winter... No it's not ! The window didn't close properly and the cold air kept coming inside ! Sometimes they asked me to be home in 1 or 2 hours to welcome every roommate when they arrived, which I did to be nice but is not normal and happened all the time. And when I left, it was sooner than planned so I asked if I could be refunded for the 2 additional weeks but they refused. The shower was also clogged all the time, the interphone didn't work, the floor of the kitchen is dirty but impossible to wash. To sum up, the room is good but the price is high considering these problems and the fact that you have to cross another room to access it.

The condition of the apartment is new, with a very good design renovation. But the humidity of the air is not suitable for me, for health reasons.

The accommodation was not quite as described. The bench in the living room was very dirty, the "bed" excessively uncomfortable with missing slats. The curtain was torn and let in all the light. There was only hot water for a short shower.

The house had many structural problems, it needs some renovations. The landlord always handed what we asked for, but in the end it was difficult to correct some troubles with the house. The people that came to fix something don't speak english so it was difficult to understand them. The building of the house didn't get clean over 3 months and need some repairs. But overall the landlord did very weel her job!

It was stated that the apartment has a TV, but there was not even a TV. When I told about it, I was promised to bring a TV, but no one brought anything. The apartment was dirty and not cleaned. Trash full bucket and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I had to clean everything myself. Towels were given only on the second day only after I asked for towels. When I drove into the apartment, no one handed it to me, only the keys were given. And when I was leaving, an employee came and started looking for various damages. He took pictures and said that after me there were some injuries on the floor and on the bed, but they were there. Take photos of all the damage as soon as you enter the apartment, so that later you are not blamed for what was damaged long ago. The rental price is very high, and the service and the apartment itself is at a very low level.When I drove into the apartment, no one handed it to me, only the keys were given. I lived on Krizikova 65 from 01/04/22 to 01/05/22 and when we left the apartment, we forgot our little bag with all money, that we have. The bag was in a little bedside table and we and we realized that we forgot the bag the next day. I know that the apartment was only the owner Martin and, as he said, cleaning. The apartment was empty for another 4 days because my friends are moving in there in 4 days. Martin met me the next day at the apartment, opened it, and we found that our bag was missing. I said that I would go to the police, because there was a large amount of money. In addition, I demanded the cleaning number, which was here. Martin said that he would deal with everything himself and call me in 2 hours. An hour later, Martin called me and said that I was "lucky" because my bag was found. He said to come in 2 hours to their office. I came to their office, there were 6 or 8 employees. They made a "performance" with the transfer of my bag so that there were witnesses. Martin said that another woman found my bag - someone gave her. But all the words seemed strange, because before the story was different. I thanked, shook hands, and left. When I went out and started counting the money, it turned out that 200 dollars, 300 euros, 1,000 crowns and 1,500 hryvnias had been stolen from me. I wrote to Martin that I will not go to the police, but I will leave feedback on how it was. In response, he said that it was not his fault and he would be very upset, and the person who "stole" my bag had already been fired! Although before that he did not say anything like that and the story was completely different. I don't know who is right and who is wrong. Perhaps Martin is the person who saved my bag and gave me back some of my money. I hope so. But then the company he works for are thieves. It is possible that the cleaning service stole the money - but I don't believe on it. They know that I am from Ukraine and that there is a war going on in our country. But they still wanted to steal some of the money from me in order to "make money on the mountain." Nobody told me about my bag. If I had not personally contacted and said that I would go to the police, I would never have known that I lost money in their apartment. Be careful with these people. Someone from this company can rob you.

Internet no working well and i neeeded for working. Is a kaos.

Owner is pleasant lady, communication on good level (still she is not english speaking, you need to speak Czech). Appartment is very economy level, very old furniture, also was not really clean inside (dust, dirty foolrs), sofa which they have in living room very old and with a lot of stains :( Still, price not so high and location quite good, so for 2-3 night stopover, still is a good option.

Communication with the landlord was fast and professional. Unfortunately, the flat was not what I was expecting from the photos. It is quite clean and has new furniture, location is also good. However, it is a basement flat which wasn't clearly stated in the description. The ventilation in the flat is not great and because of that there is not much of fresh air. There is one window on the street level, but opening it doesn't help much with the smell. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you don't mind living in the basement- underground.
