I did have some troubles moving in: I was provided move in instructions about an hour before move-in time and my messages asking this info were ignored until then. They have also removed a dinner table and installed a bar top along the wall and didn't update the pictures (however, they told me about it when I booked). I was planning to work remotely, so that was important. All the bar stools were built backwards but they fixed it the next day. There was a large mattress on the floor taking all the space, all the closets were taken with owners stuff, the cleanliness overall was subpar but the bathroom was disgusting. They managed to get a cleaning lady in 4 days and she only cleaned the bathroom. Internet didn't work the first two days so I had to pay 25 Euros for a day at coworking space. The modem is located in a different apartment that these owners rent out next door, so that made it harder to manage.
Therefore, first week was rather stressful but after all the issues were fixed it was fine.
Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs every day but I saw it as a workout. :) Also the chirch across the street rings a bell at 6:30 and 7 am every day but after a while I got used to it and stopped waking up on most days.
