This spacious flat is located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. The location could not be better! Easy access to downtown with a spectacularly scenic walk across the Legion bridge (Most Legií). The flat is also just next to a huge park and Petřín Hill. Our landlord, Luigino, was communicative and accomodating. I would definitely rent this place again in the future.

Halinka is a perfect host. Apartment is locked in a close proximity to the center, parks, US embassy and city life.

1) Perfectly clean modern apartment 2) Great location- 7 min walk to the Paço de Arcos beach and 10 min walk to beautiful Parque dos Poetas, all necessary stores are nearby, the train station to Lisbon is also within walking distance 3) High speed internet (it was important to me, because I work remotely with large datasets) 4) Many necessary kitchen utensils

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Budapest, and while there were some great aspects, there were also a few areas that could use improvement. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but I believe that with some adjustments, this host could truly provide a top-notch experience. The positives were immediately apparent upon entering the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen was a great asset, allowing me to cook meals and save money during my trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after long days exploring the city. The location was superb, situated in a convenient area, close to attractions and amenities. Plus, the environment was very quiet, allowing for peaceful and undisturbed relaxation. However, there were some drawbacks that hindered my overall experience. One of the most notable issues was the lack of natural light in the apartment, which made the space feel dark and somewhat gloomy. This issue could be mitigated by adding more artificial light sources or using lighter colors for the interior design. Additionally, the internet speed was quite poor, which was frustrating when trying to research local attractions or stay connected with friends and family back home. A faster, more reliable connection would be a significant improvement for future guests. Another drawback was the lack of a dedicated workspace for those who need to use a laptop during their stay. A small desk or table could make a big difference for digital nomads or business travelers. Lastly, the sleeping area had no ventilation or air circulation, which could lead to stuffy, uncomfortable nights. A simple solution would be to provide a fan or invest in an air conditioning system to improve the quality of sleep for guests. In conclusion, this Budapest apartment has a lot of potential, with its comfortable bed, quiet environment, and excellent location. However, the host should address the issues of natural light, internet speed, workspace availability, and sleeping area ventilation to make the space even more appealing to potential guests. With these improvements, I believe the apartment could become a truly exceptional place to stay.

The flat was incredible. Comfortable sofa with a big screen tv, beautiful balcony where you can see the ocean, spacious kitchen with all the luxuries to cook anything you like, soft colours in our bedroom and even an extra room where we use it for working out. We couldn't be more satisfied by our stay. Ana was incredible from the start, cooperating with us in regards to everything. kind and genuine.

I really enjoyed my stay in this place. Flat has everything you might need for your stay, it's very well equipped and nicely designed. Location is perfect, one of the best Prague's neighbourhoods. Petr is a great host, very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend :)

The lcoalization of the house is incredible, you can hear the sea while you sleep and you are 50mts fron the beach, El Palo is a great and quiet place. The house is pretty confortable, the ceiling in the bedroom upstairs is really low so most of the house life occurs downstairs. The landlord is really nice and is quickly available for any problem

Our family, along with our grandmother and three kids, had the pleasure of staying in Chaves for a month. The apartment exceeded our expectations, offering a well-designed living space with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and incredibly comfortable beds. Everything was well thought of. Despite its peaceful location, the apartment was conveniently located near the city center, with parking on nearby streets. We spent many afternoons in the yard, enjoying quality family time while the children played ball. The abundance of coffee shops and restaurants in the area made dining out a breeze, and the stunning city center was just a stone's throw away. Major supermarkets are walking distance. Even the cinema was a mere three-minute walk! Chaves is a great base for many trips in north of Portugal and Spain as well. Needless to say, we are looking forward to returning to Chaves in the future.

The property is really nice and spacious. All the amenities you need are there. If there is something missing then Marlene and Marco are always ready to help you out. They are amazing. There is a little shop around the corner and the swimmingpool in the garden makes it a truly paradise. Highly recommended.

Margarida is a very good and friendly hostess! The room was very comfortable. I had everything one could wish for. Good fi fi and workspace on the computer. Cleanliness and comfort in the apartment and room. The apartment is close to all the attractions of Lisbon. I enjoyed my stay at Margarida. I recommend this wonderful place to everyone!

Great place for short-medium-term stay (2-6 months) A good room that satisfies most of your needs, furnished common areas. Great public transportation point. Quiet and a bit on the outskirts of Prague. Good price (at least at the time of this review) The owner can help a bit and is overall a good man, with no problems or sudden inventions. I couldn’t satisfy some part of the clean-freak for common areas inside me. I was 11 months there, and a few acquaintances stayed for 2+ years.

Amazing host! The communication was quick and easy, and the flat was looking even better than on pictures. The flat was well equipped and very quiet. The location is amazing for a quick walks through the downtown. Marketa arranged for us 2nd set of keys and was super helpful through all the stay!

Large, comfortable apartment. Excellent location, trams and Metro right downstairs, supermarket right across the street. Johannes is friendly and very helpful. The apartment is very quiet, no street noise. We travel to Prague several times a year and will stay here again.

Diana was very very helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions about the place or the city. I didn't get to meet her as her friend checked me in but she was always available on the phone whenever required. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to make my stay in the city comfortable. The place was very clean and spotless. It had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The house is located at a walkable distance to all the major tourist attractions of Porto but in a very quiet street. The place smelled amazing with all the room fresheners kept in every area of the house. It was too cold to use the swimming pool but it would be a great place in the summer. I highly recommend staying at her place and would choose to stay there in future. Thank you Diana for all your help.

We spent 5 months in Paulo's apartment and were very satisfied with it. It's spacious and well-equipped. The furniture is good quality and comfortable. There's everything you would need to stay in the apartment for a longer time, including a place to work from (desk, chair, monitor, and super fast internet). The apartment was warm enough during the winter months to live and we managed it with only one electric heater provided. The temperature would be between 18-19'C during the cold months in the living room which is the coldest room due to the position and not much sun. All other rooms have a lot of sun during the day. We've been quite unlucky to have the scaffolding outside the building for 2 months and had to deal with some issues related to that. The good news is that you probably don't have to worry about this in the next couple of years!

The standout is the building itself, only three blocks away from the Nadrazi Liben tram stop. The apartment is best suited for shorter stays, even though it has a good washing machine and a stove with oven.
