Perfect communication with owner, very good apartment

Good overall accommodation & good location

I stayed here for roughly 4 months and the apartment itself is very nice and also the location is good. There are supermarkets and some cafes nearby and the Tram is directly in front of the door. However, I did have some problems in the end with the owner. I stayed there with my cat and when I left there was probably some of the hairs left on furniture. The rest of the apartment was clean. So, in total the apartment was at least as clean as when I moved in, since there were hairs of the prior person in the bed, cut-off toenails in the bathroom etc. But here is where the problem started with the owner. He didn’t come when I left and then suddenly later, he sent me a message demanding ~60€ as a cleaning fee. I resisted, because on one side the apartment was not perfectly clean when I moved in either and on the other side the demanded fee was way too high. The owner insisted on this amount and started to threaten me if I don’t pay it immediately. I compared the price to the prices of professional cleaning services. I could only look at the one with information in English and I guess they were already above average, but they charged around half of that price for a whole apartment and this was only about using some sticky hair remover for the furniture. When I confronted the owner with the results from my search, he suddenly changed his mind and we made an agreement and I paid some amount just to settle this case. However, I wonder whether he is trying to get 60€ from every person that stays there and then only does the minimum cleaning and this issue could have been handled much better than in his aggressive way.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Marian was accommodating, friendly, and prompt to respond. An excellent option for a short term lease.

Nice appartment in the nice area of Prague. Very caring householders. A lot of shops, restaurans around the house. 3 minutes walk to the subway (Flora station), 20 minutes walk to the center of the city.

Bianka was an incredible landlord. She was always available, kind and happy to improve the flat she rented.

When I arrived, house was not prepared as contract but after a while she cleared it. Generally OK. Nice location.

Clean and cozy apartment.

The flat is very bright and actually feels like home. There is everything you need and can possibly imagine. Quiet neighborhood with a huge shopping mall in the area and just 300m away from metro and tram stations. Ideal for 2 people or a small family. We had a blast living there!

The studio is really cozy and clean with a spacious bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary items. Communication went smoothly. The nearest store 15 minutes away (walking), which might be a bit uncomfortable for those who do not have a car. However, the tram station is 1 minute away, making it easy to get to the center.

Pekný, čistý byt v dobré lokalitě.

Naprosto bezproblémová velmi rychla domluva. Jan je velmi komunikativní a dochvílný majitel. Má úžasný, pěkně zařízený a útulný byt, kde najdete vše potřebné pro jakoukoliv délku pobytu. Také je skvěle, že k bytu patří parkovací místo, ale i dostupnost hromadnou dopravou je vynikající. Ubytovala jsem tam svoje rodiče a moc se jim to líbilo. Jasná volba pro další návštěvy!

Everything was perfect! Cosy modern decorated rooms, green area arount the hotel, secure garage. The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, only good words for them!
