Byt je pěkný a tichý s výhledem do zeleně, což je v horkých dnech příjemné. Najdete tu veškeré vybavení (nábytek, spotřebiče, nádobí) pro běžné bydlení. V okolí je několik supermarketů a spousta kaváren a restaurací. Jezdí sem několik linek tramvaje a stanice metra je nedaleko. I ve večerních hodinách jsem se v této čtvrti cítila bezpečně. S bydlením jsem byla velmi spokojená.

S bytem jsem byl velmi spokojen, lokalita je vyborna, v pripade ze bych znovu hledal docasny byt, bych velmi pravdepodobne opet volil tento.

Jedina vec, ktera mi v byte chybela je susicka (bohuzel zatim nebyva standardnim vybavenim bytu).

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice neighborhood with a supermarket 500 metres away. Also if you can, check out Volcano restaurant. Lovely place and people.

The flat was just the same as the picture. Nice quiet neighbourhood with a big supermarket nearby. Great transportation connections. Jakub was very nice and was helpful and responsive. Really enjoyed my stay!

Andrej G. is a great person, he showed us around, supermarkets, shopts etc.. Any question we had he answered.

The accommodation is really nice and generally we had no problem and we would definitely recommend staying at his place!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this studio apartment. It is very central, so it was convenient for me to get to where I needed to be. It is quite minimalist, but it had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The building is secure and there is a very new elevator in it. There were a couple of minor issues, but Eduard was quick to respond and resolve them. I highly recommend this flat if you are looking to stay somewhere short-term in the heart of the city.

Andrea was very nice landlord. The flat however, could have been a little bit cleaner. Very nice flat still. Everything is close by. Andel one stop away which is perfect to get quickly in the city center for work or simply visiting around. I would definitelly recommand for two people.

We rented the flat for 1 month and Bohdana was a great host. I have nothing to complain about here whatsoever. (10/10)

The flat was fully equipped and is ideal for short term rentals. Not too big, not too small, easy to clean and maintain and at a good price too. (10/10)

The neighborhood was good, the reason why it gets 9/10 is because the area is on the side of the hill and for us at least was a bit inconvenient. However, everything you need is within walking distance and you're close enough to the center.
