Absolutely loved this flat. It does fit 4 people, but it might feel a little crammed if you're not used to being in smaller spaces with people. I did spend a lot of time in the flat because it was so cozy and relaxing to stay in especially with the chaos of sightseeing. It had everything you needed to be comfortable.
I would not recommend to someone who has any issues with stairs because it is on the top floor. If you're not familiar with the UK, black mold is pretty common (plenty of cleaning supplies available), google the symbols on the stove, hang drying clothes is normal so plan laundry to allow for enough time to dry, and be aware of outlets having their own on/off switches.
