I agree with the comment below - Claúdia really is the best landlady ever! She is very communicative, helpful, easy going and will go that extra mile to make your stay is the best. She lent me a hairdryer and spare sheets while I was staying in her flat and was super helpful in making wonderful suggestions for where to buy beautiful Portuguese pottery and where to eat. She also helped me find a place to do a Covid test on a bank holiday weekend. She is really kind and keen to know how to improve the experience of her tenants. Quite honestly, I could have lived in Claúdia's flat forever. I thoroughly enjoyed the flat and the washing machine was such a plus for me because I was lugging my laundry to the launderette at the previous place I stayed. The flat is quiet, the internet is incredibly fast and the flat is very nicely decorated and well-equipped. The only downsides, which are not really downsides, is that you have to go up 4 flights of (narrow, spiral) stairs (great exercise) and the slanted roof in the bathroom and bedroom can sometimes mean that you bump your head occasionally if you are tall. But quite honestly, this has been one of the best flats I have rented and I would love to be able to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much Claúdia!

very good place and awesome customer service

The flat is absolutely beautiful, I had an amazing time staying here. For such a dense city the flat felt extremely light and airy. Also the ground floor position is an underappreciated treat for anyone who doesn't want three flights of stairs every time they leave and enter. The kitchen is well equipped and I cooked often. Eszter is always friendly and helped with every problem I had (which were very few). My only small criticism is that at the time of my stay there was a large time difference between us, which made some replies slower than desired.

The apartment is located in a very good area. Few minutes to the beach. Close to groceries, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the amenities needed for a long stay are included. Large sunny balcony with a great view. The landlady Tricia was very friendly and helpful.

Joao is an excellent host. Very kind, quick to reply, and answer any questions. He allowed us to check in earlier than check-in time, which we greatly appreciate. The place is really cozy and well-equipped. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Vilamoura. Would love to come back again in the future and stay in this appartment. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment! It's large, spacious, light and newly renovated. Carlos was super helpful, he helped with all small issues we have, instructed on how to operate all the appliances and also suggested places to visit around. Staying in this flat was an amazing experience. Great location, fast wifi, and, most of all, extremely helpful and kind landlords. The apartment is super clean and has all the cooking appliances you could need, plus there is a washer/dryer!

My wife and I had a great time staying at Casa do Zé. Everything was as described or better - we especially loved the view and central location, which made exploring beautiful Lisbon very easy.

The apartment is in a great location. A lot of Pilsner Urquell pubs and only 5min by walking is a perfect Play-ground for kids. Well connected to city public transport. Náplavka - is a great place next to the river just around the corner. The apartment itself - a bathroom that is working without any problem - love it, good quality of the mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen could be slightly better furnished, but everything we needed was there.

Greta Location! Near Ocean. Beautiful balcony and very peaceful and quit place I highly recommend!
