Everything in the flat is very practical and well thought out, and the owner is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. It is located in a nice family friendly terrass-house area with a small forest with lots of very nice forest paths, barbecue areas and playgrounds. We loved staying in this flat, close to nature and close to the city center at the outskirts of Prague. The flat was a perfect size for us, two adults and a baby.

I can honestly say this was the best experiences I have had renting from somewhere. The apartment was clean, the neiborhood was great friendly people, and the landlord answered fast to any question I had, and always asked how things where going.

Green neighborhood, clean room, not far from tram/bus as shortcuts exist - approximately 5 min. Laundry and drying was possible in the areal. The kitchenette in the room is basic. It would be nice to have a toaster there. Communication was good.

The apartment is pleasantly spacious and cozy at the same time. Quiet and with lots of sunlight, perfectly convenient for commuting, too. Definitely my priority for the next time!
