After half a year of living here, I must say that I was extremely satisfied. If I didn't have a job in the Czech Republic, I would have loved to stay here, because I like the Azores and the life here suits me very much. After half a year of living here, I can say that the apartment is extremely practical for living, it is spacious, well-ventilated, with windows and air conditioning on the sides, and in cold weather you can reliably heat with air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with premium BOSCH appliances. The landlord offers a change of linen and towels. The location of the apartment is strategic, about 150m on each side there is a city bus stop and a short distance on the waterfront is the main stop for intercity lines. There are many shops all around, especially groceries. Finally, it is my honor and pleasure to thank Mr. Paulo Silveira for his great advice and impeccable support during my six-month stay.
After six months of living here, I absolutely recommend this exceptional accommodation.

The apartment is bright and spacious. There is everything you need. Restaurants and shops nearby (Lidl). Big Intermarche just about 5 minutes by car. It is also about 10 minutes walk from old city center. The neighborhood is quiet. Sophie is a great host, always willing to help with everything.

Lakásfelújításom idejére kerestem ideiglenes szállást pár hétre. Zsófia és Attila remek házigazdák voltak. Rögtön az elején készségesen álltak rendelkezésre megmutatni a lakást. Az átadás (majd a visszavétel is) rendben, gördülékenyen ment. A lakás maga teljesen felszerelt, minden tekintetben. Amikor az internet kapcsán hiba adódott (mint kiderült utólag, szolgáltató oldalon, nem a lakásban), a bérbeadók azonnal elérhetőek voltak, nagyon segítőkészen álltak a helyzethez.

Maria has been a great host, very welcoming and always available for any questions. The flat is 100% as described in the listing, in a nice and peaceful building. The location is great with metro station being 10 mins walk from the flat and a big supermarket with all the amenities (pharmacy, etc). 5 mins walking from the flat you can find one of the nicest parks in Lisbon.

I LOVED staying here & I hope to come back the next time I’m in Lisbon! I highly recommend this place if it is your first time to Lisbon or you’ve been many times. It is in an amazing location & you are steps from the old town city center & waterfront. The courtyard is amazing and the space is even cuter than the pictures. This place made me fall in love with Lisbon! I can’t recommend it enough. The hosts were super helpful & kind when I needed assistance.

Byt byl velmi pohodlny, kompletne zarizeny, a hezky vonel. Ja osobne, jsem nedokazala dobre pouzit mikrovlnku, pracku/susicku, a nedokazala jsem sama, jako starsi pani, zvednout matraci na posteli abych vytahla pod ni schovanou extra deku, tak by jste ji meli dat radsi do satniku. Tohle vsechno byl ale muj problem, ne chyba majitele. Kdybych mela s necim poradit, tak bych doporucovala dat nake nalepky do vany ktera je velmi klouzava a celkem v originalnim stavu je nebezpecna. Dale jsem potrebovala seznam televiznich stanic ktere existujou v byte, tak bych doporucovala vytiskout seznam vsech stanic ktere je mozno chytit na televizi. To je asi vsechno. Dekuji za hezky pobyt!

We stayed with a friend for 20 days at Pedro's place. The apartment is great, Pedro is very pleasant to communicate with. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing is the strong noise from the airport, the planes are flying very loudly. Therefore, you need to take very good earplugs.

Clean, comfortable, and some nice decor to make you feel a little more at home. Two air conditioners (one jn bedroom) meant no issues with the weather. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with utensils and spices - a big and welcome change from so many other accommodations. Wonderful place. A bit of a workout getting up to the flat - it's on a hill and the space itself is up a flight of stairs - but anyone staying in Lisbon should be prepared for that.

Miguel was extremely prompt in replying to questions, had no problem accommodating our few requests, and made the entire process from booking to checkout effortless. Care and thought clearly goes into ensuring guests have a good experience.
