Very good and clean. House was at perfect condition, there is everything what's needed for living and even more: camping stuff, tourist stuff, all the dishes. Very comfortable, especially to have a breakfast in automatically watered vertical garden, which keep the house in shade, so it's not hot over there. Special words deserves the creativity arts of Katila's house. It's just a masterpiece, another one free museum of modern art right inside your room. Also She bought for me and my wife some food and froots, because we were arriving late at night. She met us at 11pm, show all of the house, kindly and proper way. So it's the best host I've ever found. Community is a power, thank you flatio for helping. But don't do shit, respect her and her apartment, she is very trustful.

An exceptional stay and property! The house is spotless, highly organized, well-located, and features excellent AC and fast, reliable internet—perfect for a medium/long-term stay. Mr. João was always available to help with any requests, and his parents were incredibly kind, regularly assisting us and providing fresh bed linens and towels. High-quality accommodation and hospitality!

We were here for a month and the apartment had everything we needed. Katka was a wonderful and responsive host and we thank her for making our stay really wonderful. The location is great- close to great parks, public transport was within 10 mins (both S and U) , many different restaurants and cafes and lots of choice for groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for approximately two months and had an excellent experience. The apartment is in a very convenient central location, close to Andrássy Avenue and well positioned for moving around Budapest. Public transportation, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores are all nearby, with a SPAR within easy walking distance. Kismező is located in the same building and served some of the best goulash I had during my stay. Personally, I preferred it to Mama Goulash, although that is naturally a matter of individual taste. Despite the central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, which made it an especially good place for getting work done. The unit itself was comfortable for working, but the location also made it easy to set out in almost any direction and find a café or another suitable place to work within walking distance. Communication with the host was consistently fast, responsive, and straightforward. Everything related to the stay was handled smoothly. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-connected base in central Budapest. My stay was easily 5 out of 5.

I stayed in this apartment for 9 months. The apartment was quite nice and the neighborhood was always safe. Also Gabriella was always very kind and helpful she was more than just a landlord to me. Happy with my stay at this flat; bed was comfortable and kitchen had the essentials. Fantastic location close to all essential amenities (groceries, public transport). Also, there was several group classes gyms within walking distance. Teresa/Marisa were responsive and helpful hosts.

I LOVED this apartment, it felt so homey and like it was my own. It's an older apartment and could use a little upgrade especially in the bathroom, toilet specifically. You had to flush 2-3 times for anything to go down completely. The location of the apartment is wonderful and very peaceful. the neighborhood is friendly and safe. If this apartment would have come with an washing machine it would have been the ultimate apartment and I would have rated it a 10 even with it needing the upgrades. I hope to one day come back and rent this apartment again, I lived there for 3 months and it was the most beautiful experience I have had in a long time. Luz is like living in a beautiful fairytale land!

Property is very nice, spacious and well situated for an advantageous price thanks to the proximity of the rail tracks (which weren't too much of an inconvenience). Particularly attractive to foreign visitors and families. Owners were extremely nice, always making sure we felt welcomed and had everything we could possibly need. When we had a tiny water leak due to a particularly severe rain episode, they even offered to rent a replacement property for us with their own funds. 100% recommend!
