Best landlord ever

Všem vřele doporučujeme tento byt! Moderní, slunný s nádhernou terasou, klidnými sousedy, skvěle a kompletně vybavený - tady nikomu nic chybět nebude! Navíc je byt perfektně situovaný, toaleta je zvlášť a v koupelně je sprchový kout walk in. V ložnici spousta úložného prostoru v šatně i pod postelí. V kuchyni jsou veškeré spotřebiče včetně smoothie makeru a kávovaru. V obývacím pokoji sedačka, TV a velký jídelní stůl. Michal nám nechal v bytě vše, co člověk potřebuje (žehlička, žehlicí prkno, fen, atd) a dokonce tam byly veškeré čisticí prostředky, v kuchyni pecici papír, alobal, tablety do myčky. Taktéž prášek na praní, avivaž. No zkratka stačí se nastěhovat s osobními věcmi a večerku se základními potravinami máte dokonce přímo v domě. Za rohem je pak nový Lidl a také Albert (potraviny). V okolí je spousta restauraci, cca 300 metrů od domu doporučujeme restauraci Pod parou, kde velmi dobře vaří a navíc čepují tankovou Plzeň. Byt byl při předání dokonale uklizen, s majitelem se komunikovalo úžasně a předání proběhlo naprosto bezproblémově. Dokonce si myslím, ze by majitel mohl cenu bytu o 1/3 zvýšit - jinak to totiž bylo skutečně “hodně muziky za málo peněz” aneb nejlevnější a nejhezčí byt v centru Prahy, jaký si člověk muže přát. Apartment with great vibe and great location

The apartment was as described and the communication with Sona was excellent. She responded always in time and was very supportive for the whole time of the stay. Bi-weekly cleaning of the apartment was included in the price

Alena is a fantastic landlady and was very hospitable. A couple of issues I had early on were dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner. The flat has everything you need for a short stay and I was comfortable there for 10 weeks. Alena has recently acquired the property but it has clearly been a holiday rental for several years and as such has been somewhat neglected. It needs some work, a lick of paint and some new appliances, as well as some new bedding and towels to be truly worth the rental value. However, I have no doubt that Alena and her family will work to make improvements to the property and in the future it will be an absolute gem.

I had a great 1 month stay in Susana's apartment. It was very clean and tidy. Very central in Funchal with very easy access to public transport routes. Susana was always attentive to my messages during my stay. The bedroom window shutters couldn't be opened due to the construction next door though plenty of light entered from the kitchen balcony doors.

Martina is lovely and kind, and the home is beautiful. Very close to the metro, so getting into the city is a snap. Peaceful walking in the woods nearby, nice views from the hilltop, and great restaurants and shops right off the metro. Apartment has all the goods—excellent kitchen, hot water, storage space. Thank you for my stay!

I can recommend to everyone.

The location is beautiful - not only can you shake hands with the ocean and hear it singing. you to sleep at night, there is an excellent hike minutes from your door that will keep you fit! The home is cosy, clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable. The windows are well placed so you can enjoy fresh air and sunshine. The WIFI is great and will work for anyone doing remote work or wanting to stream Netflix. Alex is the best landlord we've ever had, by miles. He was very patient in answering all my questions before we moved it and really wanted to be sure it was the right place for us. He was an amazing tour guide, showing us some great places on our first day and orientating us to the neighborhood. You can have complete trust in him, which is refreshing and rare. We will visit Paúl do Mar again soon and would stay at Alex's flat anytime!

Apartment is really top. Landlord wanted me to sign an extra contract apart from flatio, which i did not. That was the only confusing thing, but other than that, the communication was friendly and always helpful.

We had a wonderful experience in the apartment. The rooms were clean and spacious. The apartment was fully furnished and also had an AC/heating. The apartment had everything we needed except the wifi connection, which was a disadvantage. The location was great in Malaga center with shops, restaurants etc. and the “centro historico” was near by walking distance. The landlord was helpful and we could reach him on the phone anytime we needed. Thank you! We definitely recommend this apartment.

The house is great, looks even better than in the pictures and is well furnished and mantained, the hosts are very helpful and friendly and the cleaning service is also great. Wi-Fi is reliable and the check-in experience was pretty good.

Modern apartment with a great balcony and amazing city/mountains view. The apartment has everything you need. Perfect for working remotely with average Wi-Fi. I enjoyed living here. Definitely recommend it.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and has great access to the metro. We had everything we needed for our stay of a few weeks. The communication was easy and always clear and we had a super friendly welcome and could always get in touch via whatsapp for any questions we had. Only thing that I would suggest as an improvement is the Internet speed of around 10 Mbit/s (November 2022) which is on the lower limit of what was necessary for us two people working a lot from the apartment via Zoom, Teams etc.

Quite a good apartment in an excellent location. Great price/performance ratio.

The apartment was great, well equipped and clean. Great location away from the higher trafficked tourist areas, but central enough to reach all neighborhoods on foot or by transit without much trouble. It does get quite loud from the road noise and the heating isn't adequate for the whole space (works great for the bedroom) and I did have a couple of roaches, but for the price it's a great accommodation option. Manuela was very helpful and kind, I didn't need anything during my 3 week stay but she was very accommodating with timing for move in/move out.

I would like to highly recommend this flat and the owner! Very good location, just few minutes to the U3 metro station, quiet and clean area, very close to Schloss Schonbrunn. The flat is comfy and fully equipped. Manuela is very helpful, always replies quick for messages and makes sure the tenant feels comfortable during the stay. Definitely it is good place to stay!

I had a mid term stay and it was lovely. Very good value for the apartment, responsible landlord who is contactable. Location was excellent, and the apartment was great as well. Highly recommended.
