Moc krásný a moderní byt v perfektní lokalitě v centru Prahy, veškerá občanská vybavenost v bezprostřední blízkosti, dvě linky metra, k hlavním pražským památkám cca 10 minut chůze. Majitelé byli velmi milí a ochotně nám se vším pomohli. Rozhodně doporučujeme a moc děkujeme!! :)

Great apartment with good shower, good kitchen and beds. Everything went great. No problems at all. Public transport 200 metres away. 5 minutes from a business centre with shopping mall, restaurants and all world known stores and 15 from downtown. Bar with cheap beer 10 metres away.

Příjemný, prostorný byt ve velmi dobrém stavu. Velmi blízko zastávek MHD. Jediným problémem je nedostupnost parkování v okolí bytu.

The landlords are extremely generous, helpful and friendly! They help me a lot in the first months my family stay here in Prague.

The house is also very recommended. The location is very great: tram and bus is just in front of the house, groceries shopping is very easy (albert, numbers of potraviny, kaufland are very close to the house), plenty of cafes and restaurants are nearby, and so forth. The furniture inside the house is also amazing.

I can totally recommend the landlord and the house to newcomers in Prague or people in need a house for mid-term stay who are looking for comfort.

Flat was very nice, with all-new wooden floor and stylish wooden furniture. Apartment is located in a very quiet and cozy area, with several surrounding parks, which was perfect for carrying our baby around. Very efficient tram is only 5 minutes walking, and subway stop just a bit more.
All thinks considered, a very nice experience we'd be happy to repeat in the future.

David is a great landlord. He is punctual and friendly and was always there to help if any complication appeared.

The flat is nice as well, it looks cozy and modern. It contains all the facilities apart from vacuum cleaner. Although it faces the street, I never heard any noise from there so the isolation is good. During colder days I could always set up the heating so that it was warm enough inside.

The location could not be better, metro and trams (+night route) are around the corner and Karlín itself is a clean and silent district very close to the city center at the same time.
