Conveniently located just 5 km from the city center of Vila do Conde and approximately 13 km from the city center of Porto, this apartment offers the tranquility of the coast, combined with the proximity of two urban centers full of history and culture. Furthermore, the location allows easy access to a wide range of commercial and gastronomic options, providing the best of both worlds.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our cozy apartment, located just 50 meters from the beach, ideal for surfing, windsurfing and underwater fishing. Furthermore, we are next to the Mindelo Ornithological Reserve, the first natural reserve in Portugal. We hope your stay is relaxing, inspiring and full of good memories.

1. Arriving at the Accommodation:
• Address: Rua da Gafa, 185, 3rd Right Rear, Mindelo, Vila do Conde
• Check-in: From 3pm (flexibility may be available).
I will be there to welcome you personally upon arrival, ensuring everything is ready and to answer any questions you may have. During the reception I will explain the main details about the apartment and I will be on hand to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your stay.
• Access Instructions: The metro is about 2km away from the apartment. If you arrive by car, you have a closed garage of approximately 12.5 m2 at your disposal.

2. Accommodation Our apartment was designed to offer comfort and a unique experience, immersed in the surrounding natural beauty:
• Accommodations: The room is spacious and cozy, with bedding and decor that reflects coastal charm.
• Full Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped (with utensils and appliances), perfect for preparing a delicious meal after a day at work, a day at the beach or exploring the nature reserve.
Appliances: Refrigerator (with freezer, Electric stove, Oven, Microwave, Sandwich maker, Electric kettle, Hood, Coffee Machine, Washing machine, Clothes drying rack).

Kitchen Utensils:
Saucepan, Pots (various sizes), Frying pan, Oven trays (for roasting and grilling), Casseroles, Grater, Corkscrew, Cutting boards, Kitchen knives, Kitchen cutlery (spoons, spatulas, ladles, pasta tongs) , Bowls, Airtight pots (for food storage), Strainers, Kitchen tongs.

Crockery and Tableware:
Plates (deep, flat and dessert), Glasses (water and wine), Cups, Water vase, Platters (for serving), Napkins and napkin holders.
Other Useful Items: Kitchen paper and support, Dish towels, Garbage bags, Cleaning products (detergent, sponges, etc.), Dish drainer, Waste basket, Tablecloth, Placemats.

• Entertainment: In the house, you will find [TV, games], for those moments of relaxation after a day of adventures, or work.

3. Explore the Region With a privileged location, you will be just a few steps from some of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Portugal:
• Beach: The beach is just 50 meters from the apartment, perfect for a morning swim or a sunset stroll.
• Natural Reserve: The Mindelo Ornithological Reserve, which is next to the apartment, is a true treasure for nature lovers. Don't miss the opportunity to explore its trails and observe the rich local biodiversity.
• Nearby Amenities:
The nearest supermarket is Supermercado S. José [230m], Padaria e Pastelaria da Barca [370m], Super Talho da Praia [370m], Peixaria Atenas [370m]. There are also excellent restaurants where you can taste local dishes just a few minutes' walk away.

• Check-out time: We ask that check-out is completed by 1pm.

Amazing place for nature lovers, with peace and quiet yet close to the metro (8 mins drive) to the fashion outlet shopping + supermarket.

In the town there is plenty in walking distance, a well stocked mercado, fruit and veg grocer, 2 bakeries, a butchers, fishmongers and some very good restos (O Bistro Delicioso
/Sabor a Lenha). 30 seconds walk to the boardwalk beach front with bars and snack spots for sundowners.

Warm and friendly owners, spotless place and felt like a home from home with comfort and convenience. Thank you :)
