● Mandatory Final Cleaning / The Rule: The final deep cleaning must be performed exclusively by the professional team recommended by the owner. The Cost: The cost which is covered by the tenant.
● Scheduling: You must contact our recommended cleaning team at least 3 days before your departure to schedule the cleaning appointment.
● Key Return & Inspection ProcedureIn-Person Handover: On your check-out day, the owner or a representative will meet you at the studio at a pre-arranged time.
● Property Checklist: We will perform a walkthrough together using an official inspection checklist to verify the property's condition and ensure everything is in order.
● Handing over: All sets of keys (and any building access cards/fobs) must be handed back directly during this meeting.
● Timeframe: Standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM, unless a different time has been explicitly agreed upon in advance.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
