This delightful and romantic Loft elegantly finished with Parquet and Jacuzzi, in addition to having a breathtaking view of the entire city from the terrace, represents an excellent compromise of HIGH level as it combines the possibility of sleeping beautifully at night (for the area, the view of the park and the luxury mattress), while remaining a few steps (10-15 minutes) from the beautiful but very chaotic historic center.
Close to the metro stop (Lolli) which is directly connected to the airport.
This romantic and beautiful home can easily accommodate up to 4 people, being equipped with a comfortable sofa bed.
Several opcional and luxury finishes such as the Jacuzzi (which works as a bathtub without the bubble system), the projector, the gym, the hammock, as well as the truly premium mattress of the double bed.
The Loft enjoys a panoramic view of the city and the park from the terrace, always much appreciated by guests.
The excellent logistical situation is completed by being very close to the port and at the same time it is a few minutes' walk from the Lolli metro stop which is directly connected to the airport in one direction and to the center in the other direction.
In any case, to go to the historic center it takes about 10-15 minutes on foot on a nice walk to a large street in the city (Via Dante ), at the end of which you will find Piazza Politeama (the beginning of the city center which is very beautiful, but chaotic ; ).
Finally, you will be able to count on a team of people (host, co-host, maintainer.. etc.) who will be present for you, just in case.
Our kind guests are provided free of charge with a minimum amount of cooking (sugar, salt, herbs/plants. ), The, hand/body soap, subject to availability.
The hot tub works like a bathtub WITHOUT the bubble system.
Depending on your check-in time and your respective needs, you will be able to opt for either self-check-in or a traditional key delivery.
The loft is rented as a portion of the apartment, with completely independent access and use, but the discussion of the portion of the apartment is emphasized, since in terms of energy, one must be careful not to put large appliances at the same time (for example, the oven and the air conditioning at maximum), as this could generate problems. Another advantage is that the water is heated by the boiler and therefore, in addition to being continuous, it does not touch the electrical system at all and weighs it down.
Finally, there may be external security cameras at the entrance to the apartment building.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Flexible (14-days)
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
