We offer a nice well-furnished room in our atypical guest house for immediate occupancy. The room is freshly painted and has a 140x200 size bed, desk, spacious wardrobe, and armchair. The kitchen and other common spaces will be renewed later. The bathroom has a bathtub, a new washing machine and a separate toilet.

The room is suitable for one person. The place is located on the outskirt of Prague, in a pleasant location of district Šeberov - Prague 4, near the bus stop, grocery store and Asian restaurant, metro on the red line C (Opatov) and shopping centre Westfield Chodov. The price includes everything (internet, gas, electricity, water). The buses are frequent here with good access to the centre.

PS: For now, we prefer female flatmates unless you convince us you're a good tenant.

PSS: Please, send a request only if you're sure about the reservation, once it's accepted it's blocked for you until you finish booking within 24hrs. In any case, feel free to ask if you have questions.

Thuy is a great host! It is really easy to communicate with her and ask for help/advice. Moreover, the house is cozy, clean and you barely feel that there are other tenants there. Would definitely recommend staying at Thuy's place!

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
