I had the pleasure of staying at Sonia’s place for one month, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Sonia is an exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive host who is always available to help and make sure her guests have the most comfortable stay possible.
The house and apartment are consistently clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a practical and stress-free daily life. The location is another major advantage: there is a bus stop right next to the property, and the train station is only a two-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to travel anywhere in Lisbon and beyond.
The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and pleasant. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can find everything you might need, including grocery stores, ATMs, bakeries, restaurants, and a gym.
As someone who is usually quite demanding when it comes to accommodation, I can honestly say that this stay was perfectly suited to my needs. On top of that, the price is extremely reasonable compared to the current rental market in Lisbon.
Based on my experience, it would be difficult to find a better combination of comfort, convenience, hospitality, and value for money in Lisbon. I highly recommend Sonia’s place to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

The area is very peaceful and everyone is nice. The location is also very close to bus stops and teain station.
The room is also well maintained and daily cleaning of facilities. Highly recommended

This is a very comfortable home with all the amenities you could need. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The house is clean and safe.

Neighborhood
Benfica has a village vibe and people are super friendly. There are many supermarkets and restaurants. I joined the Vivafit gym and everyone is lovely.

All the supermarkets are great. My favourite restaurant is Estrela Brihante - highly recommended!

Sonia always answers any questions I may quickly and efficiently. The house is kept very clean and the staff are friendly. There is a train station and bus stop close by. The neighborhood is safe. It's a very nice area.

The location is excellent. The apartment is in the attic and the ceiling is low. I hit my head several times. After a few hits I rearranged the desk and the cloths rack to fit my size.
The staff were very polite and kept the apartment neat.

My stay at the property was near perfect. Location was great as it is super close to Benfica train station which is very practical for getting to Lisbon city centre as well as the surrounding areas.
Sonía was super helpful at all times and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Even though the room is at the top floor of her home, there is lots of privacy that it's almost like a separate apartment.

Would definetly recommend staying here especially for anyone solo travelling in Lisbon.

It is a quiet place to stay this guest house depends on your vacation purpose. As for me, after long beach surfing life, I took a full rest here.
I just wanna address some of the points, it is nearby the train station, however, the train is coming every 20min, so you have to calculate the commute time. You have the right to request laundry service based on their house rule, however, I found the host adds an additional excuse to do this. Thus, I recommend and make sure to communicate with her clearly. (ask for coins, and go to the laundry store by yourself or request them to do it in advance). I barely see the host or cleaner while staying here, they provide good cleaning service. Luckily I have no other guests while staying on my 3rd floor. Other than that, you can feel free to stay.

I usually went to supermarket across the train station most of time, the host will kindly provide all resources.

Sonia was a lovely host she went above and beyound to make sure I was comfortable. She helped with a charger when I didnt have one she lelped with booking my bus ride and just helping to navigate the city. It was an absolute pleasure staying there. The place is clean and welcoming. I will definitely stay there àgain.
