Staying with Elvan was a truly genuine cultural experience.
The house, with its lovely garden, offered mornings filled with fresh sunlight and serenity. The room was clean, cozy, and private, yet there was also space to share meaningful moments with the host.
During my stay, I joined Elvan in preparing classic Turkish meze — olive-oil marinated red peppers — and her comforting lentil soup. She is a talented and warm-hearted host, a true artist of living. To witness her daily life and creativity was an irreplaceable experience — one that revealed the quiet poetry of everyday Turkey.

The house is located by the street, so there may be some noise — but apart from that, everything was wonderful.
