Marianna is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with, open, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
The apartment was in good condition: everything matched the photos, I got exactly what I expected and had no issues. You can tell it’s an older building, so some elements are a bit worn, but this doesn’t affect the quality of living at all, everything important is in good shape.
The workspace is very comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need and even more. It really feels like a real home, not just a rental made only for short stays. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s well connected by transport and right across from Keleti station. Because of that, there is sometimes some vibration. It also seems there is a hospital nearby, so ambulances pass often, but it didn’t bother me.
Overall, it’s a great apartment and a very pleasant host.
Neighborhood
There’s pretty much everything you need around here: 24/7 shops, about 7 minutes to the metro and a mall within 15 minutes. It’s not as pretty or polished as the centre, but it’s safe and comfortable enough.
