Brand new studio with balcony - heart of Vinohrady

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months and it was an absolute delight! Nicolas and Anna are incredibly responsive hosts—just one message and everything is sorted out the very same day.

The location is fantastic, situated right above a tram stop and only a 4-minute walk to the metro. It’s also just a 10-15 minute walk to one of the city's most beautiful parks (Riegrovy Sady).

The apartment itself is very well-equipped; you really won't miss a thing. The bathroom is spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. It’s also really well insulated—even during a 40°C heatwave, it stayed surprisingly cool inside. I highly recommend it!

Neighborhood
As for the building itself, there are quite a few foreigners staying in Airbnb-style rentals, but everyone was very quiet and respectful. With the Czech neighbors, a simple 'Dobrý den' (hello) in the hallway was enough, and everything went smoothly. The country as a whole is incredibly safe; we never felt threatened or uneasy at any point, and we even ended up helping some neighbors carry their things up the stairs

Recommended places nearby
I absolutely loved Letná Park and Riegrovy sady—the sunset at Riegrovy sady is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I also really enjoyed walking around the main tourist areas like Malá Strana and the Old Town Square by the Astronomical Clock.

For something a bit off the beaten path, I highly recommend Vítkov Hill. The statue there is one of the largest in Europe, yet people rarely visit it. Vyšehrad is also an amazing place to explore.

Finally, a really fun thing we did was walking around the city trying to spot all of David Černý’s art installations. It's a bit of an adventure and can be tricky, so I recommend tackling it district by district!
