My name is Chris, and I travel frequently. I truly love this apartment, but since I spend so much time abroad, I am rarely in Portugal anymore.
For me, this place has always been ideal — both for relaxing holidays and for remote work. The internet connection is fast and reliable, and the furniture is no more than three years old. The bathroom is newly renovated, which gives the apartment a fresh and comfortable feel.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. Everything is within walking distance — the historic old town, shopping centers, the theater, and cultural venues are all just five minutes away. I never needed a car, as daily life here is incredibly convenient. The beach is only about 15 minutes away by bike, and there are also nearby bus connections if needed.
The apartment will be available from May 2026. I am looking for a long-term tenant and would prefer a rental period of at least nine months, ideally one year or longer.
