I have lived in Funchal since June of 2021.
I travel for work and during this time, I rent out my flat to someone that can look after my stuff and home whilst enjoying a beautiful island.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and in an excellent location - close to restaurants, walking distance to key spots and close to public transport. It gets a lot of sun and has lovely views of Funchal and the ocean.
The landlord was very responsive, easy to communicate with and super helpful.
