- Best location and most beautiful neighborhood in Bansko: Our place is in a well maintained complex in National Park Pirin, just meters from the woods, mountain springs and hiking paths, including the Ski Road. It is a 10km long ski slope for beginners, which connects the two ends of the gondola lift. Thanks to it you can start and end your ski day without using a shuttle bus or a car. The town's busy parts are just a short walk down the main road, on a new, well lit, beautiful sidewalks.
- We can accommodate comfortably up to 5 people: The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) with new, high quality mattress. In the living room the two sofas turn into a single (90x200) and a double bed (160x200). Both have top mattresses for extra comfort. There is even a baby cot (60x120), which we can set up on demand.
- Amazing mountain view from every window and the balcony, which is south-east facing and accessible from both rooms. A great place to watch the sunrise or have your morning coffee.
- Fully equipped kitchen: Whether you're a home chef or prefer simple meals, we have everything you need to feel right at home (big fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer and so on).
- Dedicated workspaces: In the bedroom we have set up a small office area, where you can do some remote work (superb ergonomic chair, desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse). There is a secondary desk in the living room. Good internet connection is provided via a personal router.
- Fireplace: In the cold months the apartment is very warm, thanks to the good isolation and the powerful AC units in both rooms. Still the live flames add a delightful atmosphere, which you should not miss out on.
- Entertainment: Smart TV with Netflix subscription, toys, board games and books.
- New and spotless: The full renovation of the apartment completed in April.2024 and we pride ourselves in maintaining it in excellent condition. Everything is washed and cleaned thoroughly after each reservation. Even the air itself is fresher, since we are above the town pollution and surrounded by the forest. This is more noticeable during the cold months, when the town is full of cars and households burn coal as a heat source.
- The apartment is on the last floor, accessible via an elevator.
- Our guests can use the parking of the complex free of charge.
- They are also allowed to use the pool, fitness and changing rooms of the hotel on the other side of the building, during the months that it is opened (usually in the summer and winter). For access to the saunas additional taxes may apply.
- There is a small supermarket in the complex, which is working only during the winter season.
