Apartment is on the first floor with 3 bedrooms so no stairs which is good for families with strollers. Apartment is located 15km from Dubrovnik,4km from airport, 300m from sandy beach, some 5 -8 min walk from supermarket,500m from nearest restaurant and 250m from bus stop,and some 20 min walk from the Old town Cavtat and Cavtat harbor (steep road when walking back), apartment features 2 air conditions (living room and hallway) ,free Wi-fi and Netflix. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer on disposal for winter bookings ..,.There is private parking space in front of the building with barier.

Along with apartment Antonia&Mario Milicic, our guests have a special possibility to rent a motor boat along with the apartment at a special price to en hidden beaches of Cavtat bay and avoid crowded Cavtat beaches in high season. Shop is some 5-8 min walk away from the apartment, Tommy super market, and Old Town Cavtat some 20' walk by the sea. Bus station is 2 min walk from the flat so all facilities are easily reached,shopping center SubCity, Dubrovnik Old town as well. Dubrovnik airport is 5' away by car, we help our guests arrange transfer if needed.

Uber is the cheapest option to reach our apartment, but if you wish private transfer to take you to our apartment, contact us, cost is 35 euros one direction. Apartment Antonia&Mario Milicic is in touristical zone, where main hotels are situated,restaurants, beaches and aquapark and main water attractions for kids to enjoy just like diving and sports center Epidaurum (extra cost). Bus station is 2' walk from the apartment so Dubrovnik Old Town is easily reached and no need to rent a car unless you wish to enjoy the whole region by car. Please make sure that a part of the road when walking from center to apartment is a bit steep so we do not suggest renting apartment if you have walking or health issues or can not afford taxi.

Apartment Antonia&Mario Milicic has a parking spot as well just as little basement where our guests can leave their luggage in case they have late evening flights.We can also organise day tours for our guests upon their on request. Boat is NOT included in price !Guest accessApartment is situated in the building on the ground floor /first floor so there are no stairs which is great for older people and mom's with strollers. Please there is partly steep road when coming back from the Cavtat Harbour so if you have health issues we suggest car rental!Other things to noteWhen coming to our street there is a part of the road which is steep. So if you have problems walking please rent a car or take a taxi. Your parking spot is behind the building on number 3. In Dubovnik best to use public garage for parking.
