One bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building within walking distance from everything you could need. It is located within walking distance from the tourist area (12 minutes) but far enough from all the central noise. It is in a residential neighbourhood, walking distance (12 minutes) from the Zocalo(which is the main square of the city), the tourist area and all amenities. You can do everything walking it is close to the bus stop, markets, grocery stores, laundries, restaurants.

It is a one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom located on the ground floor(UK) first floor(USA), the Internet is fast and reliable(120mbps). There is one terrace on the second floor at the end of the hallway and another on on the next level. The Apartment is 12 minutes walking to the tourist area , therefore is in a central location but a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. It is centrally located but in a residential area, therefore, you can do everything walking: grocery shopping, tourism, clubbing, going to restaurants, laundry, . It is located in a residential neighborhood with mostly locals so you will find cheaper options than in the tourism part of town like groceries, restaurants, laundry service, etc.

The studio has a smart TV with streaming services included like Amazon Prime, Disney +, Paramount+, HBO MAX. There are many options for sports: on Disney+ you can access ESPN where you can watch NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA, Nascar, College Footballl, NCAA, and all sorts of other college sports. Also, boxing, Tenis, NHL, Wimbledon, Indycar, PGA Tour, and all varieties of sports. On prime video you can watch UFC, MLB, NBA, NFL, F1, WWE. So we have streaming services with movies, series and all sort of live sports.

There is a kitchenette with lots of cooking appliances, stove, three coffee makers (pour over coffee, Italian coffee maker, drop coffee maker, there is a kettle, knives, pots, pans and everything you could need in a kitchen.

Internet is strong, fast and reliable(120mbps), the building is located a bit out of the hustle of the tourist area, so, for a Mexican central area it is considered quiet especially at night (for Mexican standards).
