👋 Hello! I'm Manu, and I'm absolutely thrilled to welcome you to this very special corner of Fuengirola. I have prepared this studio with great care so that you have the perfect retreat. From here you can work with total peace of mind, enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace looking at the sea ☕🌅, and completely disconnect. Here is a quick guide so you feel at home from the very first second:
📶 1. Immediate Connectivity. I know how important it is for you to be online. The apartment has a high-speed Wi-Fi network exclusively for your use. You will find all the network access details clearly detailed inside the apartment upon your arrival so you can start browsing immediately.
🎁 2. Your Welcome Kit. So you can relax as soon as you drop your bags, I've left a little detail on the kitchen counter: fresh water 💧, coffee, tea 🍵, and some sugar. In the bathroom, you also have shower gel/shampoo 🧴 and basic cleaning products for your first few days.
🚗 3. The treasure of the house: The Garage. Parking in Fuengirola, especially in the warm months, can be an odyssey, but you won't have that problem! Your private parking space is in Basement -1. It's super easy to maneuver and is right next to the access door, making bringing up groceries or luggage incredibly convenient.
🏊♂️ 4. Enjoy the Diamante Complex.
The Terrace: The living room features large glass windows that fill the space with natural light and a door with direct access to the terrace. Open the door, breathe in the sea breeze, and enjoy your panoramic views!
The Pool: You have full access to the huge community pool you see from the balcony, surrounded by sunbathing areas. Opening hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 (available between May and September).
Climate Control: The studio has a ceiling fan and air conditioning ❄️. Please ensure you close the terrace door and windows tightly when you turn it on to protect the environment (and our "fair use" agreement for utilities).
🗺️ 5. My Local Guide (The best of the area). You are in one of the most sought-after and quiet residential areas, yet super well connected.
Beach and Gastronomy: Walking down to the coast, about 200 meters away, you will step directly onto the sand of Carvajal beach (my favorite because it's so quiet and great for swimming). The promenade is full of fantastic restaurants and beach bars to eat at.
Supermarkets: You have the Torreblanca Coviran supermarket (Located at P.º Marítimo Rey de España, 110) about 250 meters down towards the coast, ideal for your daily shopping.
Leisure and Atmosphere: I highly recommend strolling through the Fluvial Park or visiting the Miramar Shopping Center. If you feel like going out for a drink, the pub area on the promenade has a great atmosphere in the afternoons and evenings. It's the best place in the city to watch important football matches, the excitement it creates is awesome! 🍻⚽
Easy Transport: If you don't want to use the car, you have a bus stop just 100 meters away 🚌. For longer distances, you can walk to the Torreblanca or Carvajal train station 🚆; both run every 20-30 minutes and take you to the center of Fuengirola, Malaga city, or the Airport.
El Higuerón Area (Luxury and Sports): You are next to the most exclusive area of Fuengirola. If you like to take care of yourself, I recommend visiting the Higuerón Sport Club (they have paddle, tennis, and an incredible gym) or its famous Spa for a relaxing day.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
