Flat for rent - Vjenë-Penzing

Hello and welcome! Let me introduce myself, I am your vacation home, the Olive Oasis. I’m excited you found me!

With my 41 square meters, stretching over 3 levels I am a very cozy little home away from home, perfect for 2 people, possibly with 1 kid.
But do not worry, I know I am just an apartment and will need some help making your stay unforgettable. That’s why I have Ines, your host, helping me. She is excited to answer any questions you may have and to give plenty of insider tips.

But now back to me, your typical “Gründerzeit Viennese apartment” with high ceiling, where classy meets newly renovated modern.

When you walk in, you will see a couple of stairs leading to the open loft area. Up there you will find my comfortable King Size bed and a TV, great for some movie nights after exploring Vienna all day long.

On the ground floor I will present to you my small but fully equipped and functional open floor kitchen. Here it really does not matter if you prefer a nice and easy frozen mini pizza dinner or a fresh home cooked meal, my mini oven, the 2 stove tops, and microwave are happy to assist.

As soon as you are done cooking, the small dishwasher will take some of the work off your shoulders and almost magically clean all the glasses, small plates and cutlery.

A few steps away from the kitchen, I present my dining table. This is the social area, where you can sit and enjoy your dinner, a glass of wine or a delicious breakfast. And if you do not feel like hanging out here, my couch, “Bruno”, is not far away either. This is also the perfect spot to have a slumber party. The 140cm pull-out mattress is comfortable and invites you to enjoy a good night's sleep.

In the back of the social areas, you will find a second staircase, leading to my basement. Here I proudly present to you the bathroom and separate toilet. The walk-in-shower is the perfect area to relax and unwind after a long day in the city.

To end with, I want to give you 3 more reasons why I am the perfect vacation home:

My floor heating will keep you warm in the entire apartment

I am nestled next to a green square with coffees, restaurants and supermarkets

My location is only 6 minutes away from the nearest U3 and 5 minutes from the trams number 49 and 10 which bring you across Vienna and straight to the city center.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
