"NomadPad Budapest" is perfect for productive working or studying in Budapest. I live here myself for about a third of the year, and rent it out the other months.

Located just steps from Oktogon and facing a quiet backyard, this top floor apartment (with lift) is light-filled and offers reliable fibre optics internet, a comfortable work area with a screen that you can connect your laptop to, and a kitchen equipped with appliances that go beyond your typical rental.

Enjoy a coffee break in the park right outside the building, or get your sweat on with some of the workout equipment (pull-up bar, dumbbells, etc.) in the apartment.

Toby is an amazing host, who is very thoughtful of his tenants and kind in his communication. The apartment was ideally located in a calm and central part of Budapest with a very nice park next to the building. Additionally, it was everything we could wish for: bright, cosy, quiet, well-equipped, and cool (great airconditioning). Highly recommend!

Ideally located. Shops (2 min walk) and bars are very close. Furthermore, it is very safe, even at night. With the park in front, it gives a very calm and peaceful vibe.

Toby is a great host. He was very helpful and responsive always throughout our stay. His flat is very spacious, fully equipped, clean,silent and bright. Me and my partner had a great time. Everyone could find it excellent. Thank you, Toby. :-)

I had a wonderful stay in Budapest. Toby' flat is located in the centre of Budapest with many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The flat was clean and well equipped and I felt like home in his apartment.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
