Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Great location, castle just 10mins walking distance. Danube promenade (Bem rakpart) is just around the corner. Tram stop 2 mins walking away with connections to metro and other tram lines. Safety in the neighbourhood is very high even at night.
Downtown location, very short walk from most sights.
The pictures are accurate. The flat is on the first floor(second in USA) and a big building is across the narrow street so it doesn't receive much direct sunlight, but the big windows help and there is a lot of good lighting in the flat. Also huge radiators for heat and an air conditioner so it is comfortable.
It was very quiet while I was there(during the pandemic). Of course there is street noise since it is a big city but it was minimal.
A Spar grocery store is a 5-7 minute walk away. Downstairs are a few restaurants and an ABC.
Check in is great with step by step instructions from the host and she responds quickly to questions.
Overall a great flat in a great Buda location.
