Architect studio inspired by Brno' s significant buildings. The studio has a signature of Brno's functionalism and its specific style. It's compact but has everything you need. 10 minutes walk from the city centre or even less by tram that stops just outside the building. The studio is on the 2nd floor in building D. The lift is in building C from where you can access block D. It is 24 m2 big but you get everything you need...a double bed, open wardrobe area, fully-equipped kitchenette with coffee, tea and everything you need. Bathroom with a shower corner. You will find guides to Brno architectonic gems or you can just take a photo of the wall :-) Enjoy your stay!

The place was well kept and I had everything I could need. Jana was very responsive. The neighbourhood was a bit on the rough edges, but I didn't really notice any noise or have any problem during my stay. The location is great(around 20 min on foot from the center) and you can grab a tram right across the main door that gets you straight to the main station if you are feeling lazy.
Overall, a good choice for students/single workers wanting to spend some time in Brno.

Apartment was very nice. Sometimes noise from neighbours but not too bad.

Great location. City center reachable in 6 minutes by public transport. Immediate neighborhood had some quite interesting characters but I never experienced a dangerous situation, even when walking at night. My stay was too short for a fully comprehensive experience though

Jana was very helpful, apartment is as described an shown on the photos. The neighbourhood is not very pleasant though, so I moved out early, but no complaints towards the room itself.

The neighborhood was not very pleasant, dirty staircase smelling like cigarettes + plenty of empty beer cans. Also people living across the hallway were very noisy. A big advantage is a supermarket and tram stop that are very close to the apartment.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
