Flat for rent - Prague 8 - Karlin

Ingeniously designed two storey apartment with two bathrooms, just 10 minutes from the Centre of Prague.

This apartment is located in the historical building, 92 square meters spreads over two levels: living room, kitchen and bathroom in first level and bedroom with another bathroom on higher level. All rooms are separated by doors to ensure full privacy.
Can comfortably accommodate 4 persons and provides 2 sofa beds for 4 extra guests if needed.

The apartment is fully equipped. Kitchen includes all necessary, including oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dining table etc. The living room offers smart TV, radio and a comfortable sofa that converts into a 2 person bed. In the same floor there is a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.
On the higher floor is located the bedroom with a queen size bed, one extra sofa bed (can accommodate up to 2 ppl), study table and a wardrobe. The second bathroom has a stand up shower also.

In the apartment is installed a high speed internet with a good connection on the both floors.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a historical building. There is a large brand new lift first for easy access, stairs are available too. You will find the traditional Prague style architecture with large doors and historical finishes in the building.

The apartment does not have its own parking space and it is possible and easy to park the car in the street.

The neighborhood

Perfect location for your stay in Prague! The flat is located in a trendy and upcoming neighborhood of Karlin. Only few minutes walking to the Metro that take you directly to Wenceslas and Old Town within 10 min. The flat is also situated close to many pub, cafes and restaurants! There is a big grocery shop only 5 minutes walk away and a 24/7 open shop just next door.

How can I cancel my booking?
