About the space:

This beautiful penthouse is located on the 7th floor of a modern building with an elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The bright living and dining area offers a calm, spacious atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the room with natural light. It features two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, a large library, and a dining table for four — perfect for both relaxing and working remotely.

Step outside to the splendid private terrace, where you can unwind after a day exploring the city, enjoy outdoor dining, or simply take in the beautiful views over Valencia under the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need for a comfortable long stay: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, juicer, kettle, toaster, washing machine / dryer, kitchenware, and tableware.

There are two bright bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed (150x190 cm) and ample closet space for clothes and luggage.

The apartment includes two full bathrooms with showers (and one with bidet), complete with bath amenities (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap) and a hairdryer.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment.

Stay connected with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (600 Mb), and enjoy year-round comfort thanks to three air-conditioning split units (hot/cold) — one in the living room and one in each bedroom — as well as central heating.

Private garage parking is included for your convenience.

- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).

- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.

- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
