The space has been designed with a functional and elegant layout. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, allows you to prepare meals with the same ease as at home. The carefully selected furniture highlights the loft’s modern style, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The main bedroom, integrated into the loft space, features a comfortable double bed and is visually separated from the living area, where a double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The fully renovated bathroom includes a spacious shower and natural light, adding a fresh and comfortable touch.

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges.


According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13th, regarding the tax regulation of stays in tourist accommodations, a tourist tax must be applied to guests over 16 years old staying in apartments and holiday homes in Catalonia. Check-in requirements

To comply with regulations, all guests must present their passport upon arrival.

To ensure the proper maintenance of the property and uphold our quality standards, a security deposit will be requested via pre-authorisation prior to arrival, and will be automatically released after the property has been checked at the end of the stay
