Villa Torrent is a private estate of approximately 2,100 m² with three independent accommodations.

Patrick, the owner, lives in the main house and is available if you need assistance while fully respecting your privacy.

Three friendly dogs live on the property. They stay in the owner's section and normally do not enter Casa Rosa's private garden.

Pets are welcome upon request.

The swimming pool, sauna and laundry room are shared with guests staying at Casa Elja.

Free covered parking is available, including space for larger vehicles and company vans.

Casa Rosa is exclusively available for seasonal rentals (minimum 11 nights) and is not intended for tourist holiday rentals, making it particularly suitable for professionals, expats and guests seeking a peaceful and comfortable long-term stay.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
