We are Hubert and Sarah. An entrepreneurial family from the Netherlands with 2 adolescent sons, who have fallen<br />in love with Italy since ***** has a business consultancy background and Sarah is a real-<br />estate broker and interior designer.<br />Both having our own businesses and having been adept at self-entrepreneurship for years.<br /><br />As we liked hospitality, we already created in our dutch home a B&amp;B (Ecolodge 39). We mainly rented out using<br />*****. This resulted in several Booking Awards and numerous wonderful reviews. Even during Covid, we had beautiful turnovers while other B&amp;B’s in the area were empty. So after Covid, it was the opportunity to leave for Italy and continue our artistry here <br /><br />The structure is located on the border between Castelfranco di SoSo and Santa Maria a Monte, on the hill<br />of the Montefalcone - Poggio Mozzo Nature Reserve, in the heart of Tuscany.<br />Here we&#039;re creating a beautiful concept with a natural and sustainable yet trendy look. In these hectic and stressful times, we want to offer our guests a relaxing yet private and sustainable experience in this part of<br />Tuscany, famous throughout the world but crowded with tourists.<br />Close to Pisa Airport (30 minutes) and Florence Airport (45 minutes) and the respective<br />world-famous historic centres, but also 40 minutes from other beautiful Tuscan historic centres<br />such as Lucca, San Miniato, Peccioli, Vinci, Montecatini Therme and Montecarlo, with a wide variety of<br />tourist attractions and activities.<br /><br />After two years of personal research in Tuscany, we believe that this place represents the perfect balance. It offers<br />people the opportunity to enjoy Tuscany in the way that makes them feel most energetic, without having to<br />decide in advance. They can enjoy the beautiful tourist spots and have their body and mind<br />pampered in one of the great classic spas and, if they have more adventurous desires, exercise<br />with hiking, mountain biking, skiing or cycling along the Cipres Tree roads. Or even go Skiing as Abetone is only 1,5 hours driving. <br /><br />Nevertheless, although train connections to Florence/Siena &amp; Pisa/Livorno/Versillia are good &amp; close, as we are of air and on a mountain we advise you to come by car to go up &amp; down to shops, bars, restaurants and facilities although it&#039;s only 5. minutes.
